Responsibilities
1. Release operations
- Own the monthly/quarterly release plan across the label roster.
- Coordinate music delivery to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music…).
- Work with artists, producers and partner teams so every release ships complete and on time.
2. Content coordination & partner management
- Act as the label’s hub between internal teams and external partners.
- Build and maintain standard operating playbooks: workflows, tracking tools, catalog hygiene.
- Review product data regularly and improve distribution performance on the catalog.
3. Reporting & continuous improvement
- Track release results with the head of department; flag risks early and resolve them fast.
- Continuously optimise operating flows and apply automation to raise throughput.
4. Team management & development
- Assign, supervise and quality-check the team’s work.
- Coach and grow the team; keep a culture of learning and ownership.
Requirements
1. Education
- Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Music or a related field.
- Good English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent preferred).
2. Professional knowledge
- 2–3 years operating systematic release pipelines; music-industry experience is a plus.
- 1–2 years managing a team.
- Hands-on with digital platforms and international markets.
- Able to set up and operate inter-department release workflows.
3. Skills
- Strong organisation and project management.
- Systematic thinking, careful and detail-oriented execution.
- Fluent with Excel/Google Sheets, data handling and automation; AI-literate is an advantage.
- Clear communication and calm, fast incident handling.
4. Attitude
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn.
- High ownership — you chase answers instead of waiting for instructions.
